We Install All Types of Boilers and Heating Systems
Whether you're replacing an old setup or planning an upgrade, we install a full range of Gas and LPG boilers across Haywards Heath and Mid Sussex. We'll help you choose the right boiler for your home and hot water needs during your free survey.

Combi boilers are a popular choice for homes needing efficient heating and hot water without a cylinder or loft tanks. They heat water on demand and are ideal for properties with one bathroom. Most older heating systems can be upgraded to a combi setup if that’s the right move for your home. If you're interested in a system-to-combi conversion, we can talk through the benefits during your survey.

System Boilers
(with Hot Water Tank)
System boilers heat your home and store hot water in a separate tank, usually found in an airing cupboard. They're ideal for homes with higher hot water use, or where hot water is needed at multiple taps at once. If your property still uses a conventional cylinder, we can upgrade your system to a pressurised unvented tank for better performance and pressure.

Regular or Heat-Only Boilers
Regular boilers use a hot water tank and cold-water storage tanks in the loft. They’re simple, reliable and still common in many homes. These systems often have good potential for upgrades, whether that’s switching to a sealed system, improving efficiency or adding better controls. We’ll advise on the best way forward for your property.

Boiler Installation FAQs
How do I know if I need a new boiler?
If your boiler is over 10 years old and showing signs of distress — like strange noises, rising repair costs, or issues found during a service — it may be time to consider replacing it. Older, non-condensing boilers are much less efficient and usually cost more to run.
Can I upgrade to a combi boiler from my current system?
In most cases, yes. Around 9 out of 10 homes can be converted to a combi setup. But it’s not always the best choice. We’ll assess your home, usage, and hot water demand during a visit, and guide you to the right solution for your system.
What’s included in a new boiler installation?
Our quotes include everything that’s needed — pipework, filters, flues, smart controls, and optional extras if suitable. Everything is listed clearly, with no hidden costs and no generic pricing.
How long does a boiler installation take?
Most like-for-like swaps take 1 to 2 days. If you're switching from a system boiler to a combi, allow 2 to 3 days. Full upgrades with new pipework can take 5 to 7 days, depending on layout and access.
Do you offer finance or staged payments?
We don’t offer finance plans directly, but we do accept card payments. That gives you the flexibility to manage your payments through your own card provider.
What warranty do I get with a new boiler?
We supply boilers with a minimum of 10 years manufacturer warranty as standard. We take care of the Gas Safe and warranty registration for you, so you're fully covered.
Can I get a quote without a home visit?
Yes. You can send us photos via WhatsApp and we’ll give you a guide quote remotely. If needed, we’ll then arrange a free home survey to confirm everything.
Do you remove my old boiler and clean up?
Absolutely. We’ll remove and recycle the old boiler and materials, clean the area, and leave everything tidy. We treat your home with care from start to finish.
